d’bi.young anitafrika is an spiritual educator who engages in a Decolonial Performance Praxis through her anitafrika method. I have studied this method with d’bi and am gracious enough to call her a mentor. I feel and know that d’bi is a crucial resource to the community as we try to comprehend how to build a stronger foundation. Please follow her journey.


Astrosankofa

Creating art through an Ancestral lens. AstroSankofa Arts Initiatives brings forward more opportunities and production for Black creatives and youth who work within the realms of Black science and speculative fiction in addition to the five dimensions of Afrofuturism. This not-for-profit is headed by globally recognized Afrofuturist Quentin VerCetty. I am in awe of his work and his impact on the community by reminded us the importance of Sankofa; to go back and get it.
